Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
  • Applicable for size issues, damaged or incorrect items

Innerwear Combo Policy (Important)

  • Only 1 item can be tried for size/fit
  • Remaining unused items are eligible for exchange/refund
  • Tried/used item is not eligible due to hygiene
